Positive: Amazing penthouse self-contained apartment with kitchen (which has everything, gas cooker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc), washing machine (washing liquid was provided), and your own (large) private balcony looking directly at the pyramids. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and were really comfortable. Communication throughout the entire stay from the manager was brilliant and was only ever a message away for assistance. They are able to assist with tour guides, taxis etc. Wifi and samsung smart TV and reading books were great. Pyramids are an easy walk away. We did it in under 15min with a pram and 6yr old. New GEM meuseum is a 2km walk away. We also did this with the pram and 6yr old (we had to walk along the road, no footpath for most of the walk) This accommodation is certainly at the higher end of quality and standards for egypt. 9/10 would recommend.

Negative: I liked everything about this accommodation. These are just continuous improvement observations; - Check in process could have been provided the day before arrival. Communication from the property was via wattsapp. You will need international roaming on arrival to receive the messages. This has the potential to fail/cause issues. -The water heater was quite ineffective. At best we had were luke warm showers/baths.(We stayed during winter) - There are little grocery shops close by (good for snacks, drinks etc) but no good shopping centres within walking distance. - restaurants in the area are average at best. We had one very nice meal across the road at the marriot Hotel restaurant 139 Pavilion (Great food + view). - There is a lift up to the top floor. However, there are 20+ stairs to climb between the ground floor and when you arrive in the room (no wheelchair access).

Positive: -Ms. Dina was very helpful and hospitable. -Fascinating inspiring view. -Large apartment with all needed amenities. -Safe, clean & quiet area. -Smooth check-in & check-out.

Negative: -The check-out time is too early. -Prime location facing the pyramids but it’s a bit distant from the downtown area.

Positive: Fabulous apartment! I travel extensively and this is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The balcony and view are exactly as pictured and are the pinnacle of the flat. Inside is also extremely well decorated and designed and comfortable with everything that you need. I love that the bedroom stays really dark for deep sleeps. There's a shop just downstairs for needs like drinking water and anything else basic. Dina is a fabulous host and very responsive and friendly and fun to talk with but also keeps her distance so you have privacy, it's the perfect balance. The area feels very safe to walk around and the new GEM museum is very close. Not to mention of course the giza plateau and pyramids. I even extended a couple extra days because I felt so grounded and comfortable here. Will be back next year!

Negative: Not a single thing! And I'm pretty picky. I never say that 🤣
